Salisbury Steak With Onion Gravy

Ingredients

• 1 10 12 oz can condensed onion soup
• 1 12 lb ground beef
• 12 c fine dry bread crumbs
• 1 egg slightly beaten
• 14 tsp salt
• dash of pepper
• 1 Tbsp flour
• 14 c ketchup
• 14 c water
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 12 tsp prepared mustard

Directions

1. In a bowl combine 13 cup soup with beef crumbs egg salt and pepper
2. Shape into 6 oval patties
3. Brown patties in skillet Gradually blend
