Salisbury Steak With Onion Gravy
Ingredients
- 1 10 12 oz can condensed onion soup
- 1 12 lb ground beef
- 12 c fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 14 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 14 c ketchup
- 14 c water
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 tsp prepared mustard
Directions
- In a bowl combine 13 cup soup with beef crumbs egg salt and pepper
- Shape into 6 oval patties
- Brown patties in skillet Gradually blend
