  • 12 c cornmeal
  • 12 c self-rising flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c milk
  • dash of salt

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients Heat black iron skillet with oil Pour mixture into hot skillet Bake at 400 for 25 to 30 minutes
