SallyS Deviled Crab Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh or frozen crabmeat
- 4 eggs
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dry dijon mustard
- 14 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco
- 2 stick margarine
- 2 stacks ritz cracker crumbs
- cayenne pepper to taste
- 4 sticks of celery chopped fine
- 1 large bell pepper chopped
- paprika
Directions
- Saut chopped celery bell pepper and onion in two sticks of margarine until brown
- Combine with other ingredients in bowl and mix well
- Place in crab shells or casserole dish sprinkle with paprika
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden brown
