Salmon Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz can salmon
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp grated onion
  • 14 tsp liquid smoke
  • 13 c finely chopped pecans
  • 4 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • chopped green onions
  • chopped green peppers
  • dash of salt
  • crackers

Directions

  1. Drain salmon and remove bones
  2. Combine salmon with cream cheese mashing together with fork until blended
  3. Stir in lemon juice onion salt pepper and liquid smoke
  4. Mix well
  5. Add pecans and 1 tablespoon parsley until well combined
  6. Transfer to serving dish
  7. Chill
  8. Sprinkle with parsley green onions and green peppers
  9. Serve with crackers of your choice
  10. Makes about 1 12 cups spread
