Salmon Bake
Ingredients
- 1 lb can salmon drained and flaked
- 12 c herb seasoned stuffing croutons
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
- 3 eggs well beaten
- 1 10 oz can cream of celery soup
- 12 c milk
- 18 tsp salt
- pepper
Directions
- Toss salmon croutons and onion together in a bowl
- Add a blend of eggs soup milk and pepper
- Mix thoroughly
- Turn into a greased 1 12-quart casserole
- Bake at 350 for 50 minutes Garnish center with snipped parsley
