Salmon Ball

Ingredients

• 1 lb canned salmon
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 2 Tbsp chopped onion
• 1 Tbsp horseradish
• 14 tsp salt
• 14 tsp liquid smoke

Directions

1. Mix ingredients and roll in 12 cup pecans and 3 tablespoons parsley
