Salmon Ball

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 1 7 34 oz can pink salmon
- 1 tsp minced onion
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions
- Mix and refrigerate until firm
- Roll into a ball and roll in 14 cup of minced parsley and 14 cup chopped nuts
- Serve with crackers
