Salmon Balls

Ingredients
- 1 lb boned salmon cooked
- 1 lb cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp yellow onion chopped
- 1 Tbsp dillweed dried
- 1 tsp lemon juice real not bottled
- 2 tsp sweet pickle juice
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
Directions
- Let cream cheese set out for 12 hour
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl with gloved hands until well mixed
- Roll salmon mixture in a ball then roll in the walnuts
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve
