Salmon Bisque

Ingredients
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 1 lb can tomatoes undrained chopped
- 14 tsp rosemary or thyme
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 1 lb can red or pink salmon cleaned and flaked
- 3 c light cream or milk scalded
Directions
- Saute onion in butter add flour
- Add tomatoes and condiments cook slowly for 10 minutes
- Add salmon and liquid and milk
- Heat over low heat for 5 minutes
- Serves 6 to 8
