Salmon Bits

Ingredients
- 1 14 oz can salmon
- 1 egg
- 12 c flour
- 1 heaping tsp baking powder
Directions
- Drain salmon reserve 14 cup liquid
- Break meat apart
- Add flour and slightly beaten egg
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Add baking powder to liquid beat until foamy
- Pour into salmon mixture
- Drop by teaspoon in deep fryer half full of oil
- Remove from oil as soon as brown
- These are very crisp and light
