Salmon Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can pink salmon drained reserve liquid
- 1 egg beaten
- 12 c saltine cracker crumbs
- 14 c finely chopped onion
- 14 c finely chopped celery
- 12 tsp baking powder
- vegetable cooking spray
- 12 c fat-free mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 12 tsp dried dill weed
- 14 tsp pepper
- 14 tsp hot sauce
- 6 onion sandwich rolls
- 6 tomatoes sliced
- 1 c shredded lettuce
Directions
- Flake salmon with a fork combine with the next 5 ingredients Add 1 to 2 tablespoons reserved liquid stirring until mixture sticks together
- Shape into 6 patties and cook over medium heat in a sprayed skillet approximately 4 minutes on each side
