Salmon Caesar
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 c milk
- 1 10 34 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 6 oz pkg Caesar croutons
- 1 lb can salmon flaked you can also use fresh baked salmon - good idea for leftover salmon
- 12 c chopped green pepper
- 14 c chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- In medium bowl beat together eggs milk and soup
- Stir in croutons flaked salmon green pepper and onion
- Pour into buttered 11 34 x 7 12 x 1 34-inch baking dish
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until set in center
