Salmon Croquette

Ingredients
- 4 3 oz cans salmon
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- 1 c liquid eggs or 9 whole eggs
- 1 12 c bread crumbs
- 12 c green pepper optional
- 13 c parsley
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 12 Tbsp salt
- 1 medium onion chopped
Directions
- Drain salmon off
- Mix 8 ingredients in large bowl
- Use small dipper or tablespoon shape like hush puppies
- Deep-fry until golden brown
