Salmon Delight

Ingredients
- 1 c light cream
- 1 12 Tbsp butter
- 3 chopped hard-boiled eggs
- 1 Tbsp minced parsley
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 14 c canned salmon flaked
- 4 slices buttered toast or patty shells
Directions
- Place top chafing pan in water jacket
- When heated put in cream eggs butter cayenne and parsley
- While its steaming add drained salmon
- Heat through well
- Do not let it boil Serve on toast or patties
- A dash of sherry is optional
- Serves 4
