Salmon Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 1 lb can red salmon
  • milk added to salmon liquid to make 1 c
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp sage
  • 2 c cooked fine noodles

Directions

  1. Drain the salmon reserving the liquid
  2. Add milk to the liquid to make 1 cup
  3. Beat eggs and add to the liquid
  4. Flake the salmon
  5. Add the other ingredients mix thoroughly
  6. Line a greased loaf pan with aluminum foil
  7. Turn in salmon mixture and bake at 350 for 1 14 hours
  8. Turn out onto platter
  9. Garnish with stuffed tomatoes and serve hot
