Salmon Loaf 1

Ingredients
- 34 c sour cream
- 14 c white wine
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 tsp dry mustard
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 lb can salmon drained
- 13 c cracker crumbs
- 14 c parsley minced
- 1 Tbsp onion minced
- 12 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and pour into a buttered loaf pan
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until top is crispy
- Mixture will look sloppy
- Good cold too
