Salmon Log

Ingredients
- 1 1 lb can drained skinned and boned salmon
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp grated onion
- 14 tsp salt
- 12 c chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp dried parsley
Directions
- Remove skin and bones and flake salmon
- Add other ingredients except pecans and parsley
- Mix well and chill until easy to handle
- On a sheet of waxed paper mix pecans and parsley
- Turn salmon mixture onto this and shape into a log
- Serve with crackers
