Salmon Log

Ingredients

  • 1 1 lb can drained skinned and boned salmon
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp grated onion
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 12 c chopped pecans
  • 3 Tbsp dried parsley

Directions

  1. Remove skin and bones and flake salmon
  2. Add other ingredients except pecans and parsley
  3. Mix well and chill until easy to handle
  4. On a sheet of waxed paper mix pecans and parsley
  5. Turn salmon mixture onto this and shape into a log
  6. Serve with crackers
