- 14 c fresh crabmeat
- 3 asparagus spears
- Hollandaise sauce recipe follows

- Grill salmon Boil asparagus spears Arrange cooked asparagus on a plate with the salmon Cover the salmon with crabmeat Top with Hollandaise Sauce
