Salmon Party Ball

Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 lb. can salmon, flaked, remove bone and dark meat
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- chopped nuts
- parsley flakes
Directions
- Combine cheese, juice, onion and seasoning.
- Then add salmon. Chill 2 hours.
- Shape mixture into ball.
- Roll in nuts and parsley.
- Serve with crackers.
