Salmon Party Ball

Ingredients
- 16 oz canned salmon
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp onion grated
- 12 tsp prepared horseradish
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 tsp liquid smoke
- 12 c pecans chopped
- 3 Tbsp snipped parsley
Directions
- Drain salmon
- Remove excess bone and skin
- Combine salmon cream cheese lemon juice onion horseradish salt and liquid smoke
- Chill
- Roll in pecans and parsley
- Serve with crackers
