Salmon Party Ball
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can salmon
- 1 large 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp onion grated
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- 14 tsp liquid smoke
- 12 c pecans chopped
- 3 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Directions
- Flake salmon
- Combine salmon cheese lemon juice onion horseradish and liquid smoke
- Chill 6 to 8 hours
- Shape salmon mixture into a ball
- Combine pecans and parsley roll the salmon ball into the mixture
- Chill at least 4 hours
- Serve with crackers
- Makes 3-inch salmon party ball
