Salmon Pate

Ingredients
- 1 small minced onion
- 1 can skinned and boned red salmon
- 1 package cream cheese softened
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp horseradish
- 2 tsp dried dill
- 18 cup minced parsley
- 14 tsp Liquid smoke
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- dash of Tabasco
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix all ingredients into a food processor and mix until smooth
- Refrigerate for several hours Serve on crackers pita bread or raw vegetables
