Salmon Patties

Ingredients
- 1 large can salmon
- 14 c finely chopped onions
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 beaten egg
- 12 c fine bread crumbs
- 4 Tbsp butter or margarine
Directions
- Combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed shape into patties
- Melt butter in skillet
- Add patties and brown on both sides for 5 minutes
