Salmon Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 15 12 oz can salmon
  • 1 c fine dry bread crumbs
  • 12 c chopped green onions
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil

Directions

  1. Drain and flake salmon reserving liquid
  2. Combine salmon with bread crumbs and green onions
  3. Stir in beaten eggs lemon juice and reserved salmon liquid
  4. Form into 6 patties
  5. Fry patties in oil over medium heat until lightly browned on both sides
  6. Serve hot with Dilled Cream Pea Sauce
  7. Yield
  8. 6 patties
