Salmon Patties 2

Ingredients
- 1 tall can pink salmon remove bones
- 34 c creamed potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp corn meal
- 1 Tbsp self-rising flour
- 12 tsp brown sugar
- shortening or oil for frying
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except oil thoroughly
- Heat shortening or oil until hot
- Add mixture to hot oil
- Cook until brown on each side
- Should yield 12 to 15 patties
