Salmon Pie

Ingredients
- 2 15 12 oz cans salmon boned
- 2 large onions chopped
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 8 large potatoes peeled and cooked
- 1 c milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- biscuit mix pastry for 2 double crust 9-inch pies
Directions
- Combine salmon onions and butter mix thoroughly
- Add potatoes and mash
- Stir in milk whip until smooth
- Spread mixture in prepared pastry shells top with crust and crimp edges to seal
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
- Pie may be frozen
- Yields 12 to 16 servings
