Salmon Puff

Ingredients
- 4 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 c milk
- 1 can salmon drained
- 2 c soft bread cubes 2 12 slices of bread
- 1 Tbsp minced parsley
- 1 small onion minced
- 2 Tbsp butter melted
- 12 tsp lemon juice
Directions
- In a large bowl combine eggs milk and soup
- Stir in remaining ingredients
- Pour into a 10 x 6-inch baking dish
- Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until mixture appears set
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving
