Salmon Salad On The Half Shell

Ingredients
- 3 avocados
- 1 15 oz can salmon cold
- 2 Tbsp sliced celery
- 1 12 Tbsp lemon juice
- 18 tsp dry mustard
- dash of pepper
- lettuce
- 2 Tbsp sliced green onion
- 13 c oil
- 1 small clove garlic minced
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 12 tsp minced parsley
Directions
- Halve pit and peel the avocados
- Arrange on lettuce lined plates
- Drain salmon and separate into chunks
- Toss salmon lightly with onion and celery
- Fill avocados with mixture Combine remaining ingredients in jar with tight lid
- Cover and shake jar vigorously
- Drizzle over salmon and avocados
- Ready to serve
