Salmon Souffle

Ingredients

  • 1 lb can pink salmon
  • 2 egg yolks and whites
  • 23 c cracker crumbs
  • 34 c milk
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Mix everything except egg whites
  2. Beat egg whites and fold in lastly
  3. Pour in greased pan
  4. Bake 30 minutes at 375 or steam one hour
