Salmon Souffle
Ingredients
- 1 lb can pink salmon
- 2 egg yolks and whites
- 23 c cracker crumbs
- 34 c milk
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- pepper
Directions
- Mix everything except egg whites
- Beat egg whites and fold in lastly
- Pour in greased pan
- Bake 30 minutes at 375 or steam one hour
