Salmon Souffle

Ingredients
- 1 can salmon
- 1 12 c milk
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 eggs
- 12 tsp salt
Directions
- Make white sauce of all ingredients except eggs and salmon Then add salmon while sauce is boiling
- Remove from heat and put well beaten yolks of eggs into mixture
- Cool
- Beat the whites of the eggs stiff and fold in just before pudding in oven
- Pour into a greased baking dish and bake 12 hour at 350
