Salmon Spread

Ingredients

• 1 large salmon cleaned and drained
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 2 tsp horseradish
• 2 tsp liquid smoke
• 1 tsp chopped onion
• 1 c chopped pecans or parsley

Directions

1. Mix all of the ingredients together except for the pecans or parsley
2. Shape and chill
3. Remove from the refrigerator and roll in pecans or parsley
4. Serve as desired
