Salmon Stew
Ingredients
- 2 cans salmon drained and cleaned
- 6 medium potatoes diced
- 1 large onion sliced
- 3 cans evaporated milk
- 12 lb bacon
- 2 c grated cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook bacon drain crumble and set aside
- Slice onion and saute in bacon drippings
- Add potatoes cover with water and cook until tender
- Add crumbled salmon and milk scald until hot Salt and pepper to taste
- Garnish individual servings with bacon and cheese
