Salmon With Linguini
Ingredients
- 6 oz linguini cooked and drained
- 14 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 34 c chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 10 oz frozen peas partially thawed
- 1 6 18 oz can Chicken of the Sea skinless boneless pink salmon drained
Directions
- In a large bowl mix the linguini and Parmesan cheese
- In large skillet heat oil over high heat
- Cook onion and garlic 1 minute
- Add peas cooking an additional 2 minutes
- Reduce heat to medium and cook 1 minute
- Remove from heat and mix with linguini Toss in salmon
- Makes 6 servings less than 300 calories each
