Salmon With Linguini

Ingredients

  • 6 oz linguini cooked and drained
  • 14 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 34 c chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 10 oz frozen peas partially thawed
  • 1 6 18 oz can Chicken of the Sea skinless boneless pink salmon drained

Directions

  1. In a large bowl mix the linguini and Parmesan cheese
  2. In large skillet heat oil over high heat
  3. Cook onion and garlic 1 minute
  4. Add peas cooking an additional 2 minutes
  5. Reduce heat to medium and cook 1 minute
  6. Remove from heat and mix with linguini Toss in salmon
  7. Makes 6 servings less than 300 calories each
