Salsa

Ingredients
- 10 to 12 ripe tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 2 Tbsp sliced jalapeno pepper
- 3 Tbsp canola oil
- 3 Tbsp cumin
- 3 Tbsp garlic salt
- 1 Tsp black pepper
Directions
- Peel and dice tomatoes in large pan Dice onion and peppers add to other ingredients and cook on medium low heat for 30 minutes
- This can be put in jars and sealed
- Good kept in refrigerator for a week
