Salsa

Ingredients
- 16 c peeled and chopped tomatoes
- 1 12 c chopped green peppers
- 2 12 c chopped onions
- 8 c hot yellow peppers
- 8 cloves garlic chopped
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 1 or 2 jalapeno peppers
- 3 Tbsp salt
- 4 Tbsp chili pepper
- 2 Tbsp black pepper
- 1 c vinegar
Directions
- Cook ingredients 1 hour
- Mix 1 cup cold water and 8 tablespoons cornstarch
- Add to vegetables
- Put in cans and cook 20 minutes in hot water bath
