Salsa Cheese Bake

Ingredients

• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 tbsp oil
• 12 oz jar salsa
• 4 oz chopped green chilies drained
• 2 tbsp raisins
• 14 tsp cinnamon
• 18 tsp ground cloves
• dash ground cumin
• 12 lb sausage
• 16 oz monterey jack cheese
• 14 c sliced olives
• tortilla chips

Directions

1. Cook garlic in oil 1 minute
2. Stir in next 6 ingredients Heat to boiling constantly stirring
3. Reduce heat simmer until thickened about 3 minutes
4. Cook drain sausage stir in 1 c salsa mixture
5. In ungreased casserole dish layer 12 of cheese sliced 14 inches then sausage mixture
6. Top with 12 cheese Bake uncovered at 400 degrees 8-10 minutes
7. Heat remaining salsa mixture pour over cheese
8. Serve with chips
