Salsa Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 1 pkg Mexican Velveeta cheese 8 oz
- 12 lb sausage hot or mild
- 1 c salsa
- 1 Tbsp diced onion optional
Directions
- In skillet fry sausage until done and crumbly
- In medium-size bowl microwave Velveeta cheese until creamy
- Remove from microwave
- Add salsa onions and sausage
- Stir well
- This will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks
