Salsa Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Mexican Velveeta cheese 8 oz
  • 12 lb sausage hot or mild
  • 1 c salsa
  • 1 Tbsp diced onion optional

Directions

  1. In skillet fry sausage until done and crumbly
  2. In medium-size bowl microwave Velveeta cheese until creamy
  3. Remove from microwave
  4. Add salsa onions and sausage
  5. Stir well
  6. This will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks
