Salsa Dip

Ingredients
- 1 lb Velveeta cubed
- 1 c thick and chunky picante sauce
- 2 Tbsp cilantro chopped optional
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in 1 12-quart microwave safe bowl Microwave on High 5 minutes stopping after 3 minutes
- Serve hot with tortilla chips or as a veggie dip
- Makes 3 cups
