Salsa Verde

Ingredients

  • 10 lb tomatoes
  • 3 diced yellow onions
  • 20 cayenne peppers
  • 5 lb green tomatoes
  • 4 minced garlic cloves

Directions

  1. Peel core and chop tomatoes Chop peppers
  2. Mix all together Add salt and black pepper to taste
  3. Bring just to a boil
  4. Ladle into hot pint jars Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice andor vinegar to each jar
  5. Adjust lids
