Salsa Verde

Ingredients
- 10 lb tomatoes
- 3 diced yellow onions
- 20 cayenne peppers
- 5 lb green tomatoes
- 4 minced garlic cloves
Directions
- Peel core and chop tomatoes Chop peppers
- Mix all together Add salt and black pepper to taste
- Bring just to a boil
- Ladle into hot pint jars Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice andor vinegar to each jar
- Adjust lids
