Salt Dough

Ingredients

  • 4 c flour
  • 1 c salt
  • 1 c water

Directions

  1. Mix with your hands adding more flour if dough is sticky and more water if crumbly
  2. Wet the surface to add bits of decorative dough to cut-outs
  3. After shaping bake at 200 until thoroughly dry about 1 hour
  4. You may glaze with egg yolkwater for brown color
  5. Varnish cooled ornament
