Salted Nut Roll Bars

Ingredients

  • 16 oz jar or larger dry roasted peanuts
  • 12 oz pkg Reeses peanut butter chips
  • 3 Tbsp margarine
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 10 oz pkg 6 c miniature marshmallows

Directions

  1. Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan
  2. Pour about 12 of the nuts on the bottom
  3. Melt together in microwave the peanut butter chips and margarine
  4. Add condensed milk and stir to smooth consistency Fold in marshmallows and press mixture on top of nuts
  5. Press mixture down
  6. It helps to wet hands under faucet and top with rest of nuts
  7. Press nuts down firmly
  8. Let set and cut into bars of desired size
  9. The taste is similar to Salted Nut Roll candy bars
