Sam Adams Chili

Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin
- 12 lb center cut pork chops
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 2 green peppers
- 4 hot peppers
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp fresh oregano
- 1 medium onion
- olive oil
- 1 gal tomato juice
- 2 pkg El Paso chili mix
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 bottle Sam Adams wheat beer
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 bay leaf
Directions
- Using meat grinder on coarse grind meats peppers garlic and onion
- Add olive oil to the bottom of 5-quart Dutch oven
- Brown meats pour off excess fat
- Add rest of ingredients
- Bring to a boil
- Stir occasionally then cover
- Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour
- Let cool to room temperature then reheat
