Sand Tarts

Ingredients

• 1 c butter
• 1 Tbsp water
• 3 Tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 c cake flour
• 1 c chopped pecans

Directions

1. Melt butter in saucepan
2. Add other ingredients in given order Roll into 48 to 50 balls and place onto ungreased cookie sheet Bake 25 minutes at 350
3. Roll in white or colored confectioners sugar
