SantaS Kisses
Ingredients
- 23 c sugar
- 14 c flour
- 14 tsp salt
- 2 12 c flaked coconut
- 4 egg whites
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 c chopped almonds
- 30 chocolate kisses or candied cherries
Directions
- Combine sugar flour salt and coconut
- Stir in egg whites almond extract and almonds
- Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 325 for 20 to 25 minutes
- Remove from baking sheet immediately
- While still warm push chocolate kiss or cherry into center of each cookie
