Sarah Circle Christmas Shrimp Casserole
Ingredients
- 8 slices slightly dry bread crusts trimmed and cubed
- 2 c canned shrimp I use frozen
- 1 3 oz can sliced mushrooms drained
- 12 lb sharp American cheese 2 c shredded
- 3 eggs
- 12 tsp salt pepper and paprika
- 2 c milk
Directions
- Put 12 crumbs in casserole
- Add shrimp mushrooms and 12 cheese
- Top with remainder of bread and cheese
- Beat eggs slightly
- Add seasonings and milk mix
- Pour over the casserole Bake at 325 for 45 to 50 minutes
- Makes 5 to 6 servings
- May be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated
