Sarah CobleS Creamed Corn

Ingredients
- 1 12 qt fresh corn
- 1 12 c water
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1 12 c milk
- 5 Tbsp plain flour
Directions
- Combine corn water and salt
- Cook for four minutes
- Remove from heat
- Add butter
- Combine milk and flour in shaker
- Shake until blended
- Stir into corn mixture
- Return to heat
- Cook four minutes stirring often
