SarahS Banana Pudding

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 12 c milk
- 1 13 oz can evaporated milk prefer Milnot
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 16 vanilla wafers
- 2 large bananas sliced
- 12 c firmly packed dark brown sugar
- whipped cream for garnish
Directions
- In medium saucepan combine cornstarch sugar and salt
- Stir in milk and evaporated milk
- Cook over medium heat stirring frequently until pudding coats spoon about 10 minutes
