SarahS Banana Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 12 c milk
  • 1 13 oz can evaporated milk prefer Milnot
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 16 vanilla wafers
  • 2 large bananas sliced
  • 12 c firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • whipped cream for garnish

Directions

  1. In medium saucepan combine cornstarch sugar and salt
  2. Stir in milk and evaporated milk
  3. Cook over medium heat stirring frequently until pudding coats spoon about 10 minutes
