SaraS Meat Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger meat
- 1 large onion
- 2 eggs
- 12 c uncooked oats
- 13 c catsup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg crushed crackers
- dash of salt
Directions
- Mix all together and shape in loaf
- Bake in oven at 350 for 45 minutes or microwave on High for 15 to 20 minutes
- Put catsup all over top
