SaraS Whipping Cream Cake

Ingredients
- 1 c whipping cream
- 1 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c self-rising flour
- 1 tsp almond extract
Directions
- Sift together cream and sugar in a medium mixing bowl until sugar is dissolved Add eggs one at a time stirring well after addition to break up eggs Stir in flour and almond extract Mix well Pour batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan Bake at 325 for 50 minutes or until cake tests done Let cool Remove from pan Yield 6 to 8 servings
