Satsuma Salad

Ingredients
- 10 to 12 large satsumas
- 4 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 c shredded fresh coconut frozen or packaged is okay
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 No 2 can chunk pineapple
- 12 c nutmeats chopped
Directions
- Peel the satsumas and cut crosswise into slices
- Sprinkle powdered sugar over satsuma slices
- Drain pineapple
- Mix all ingredients together and let stand in refrigerator overnight or at least 3 to 4 hours
- To serve spoon mixture onto lettuce leaves
