Saturday Night Casserole

Ingredients

• 12 c chopped onion
• 1 lb ground chuck or other
• 1 can drained whole kernel corn
• 1 8 oz pkg softened cream cheese
• 1 10 12 oz can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 2 oz jar chopped pimentos
• 1 tsp salt

Directions

1. In a 2-quart casserole combine onion and ground meat Microwave 4 minutes on High 100
2. In a separate bowl combine the remaining ingredients mixing well
3. Add to meat and onion stirring to blend
4. Cover and microwave 8 minutes on High 100 or simmer on stove
5. Serves 6 to 8
