Saturday Night Special

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 can pork and beans drained
• 1 pt canned tomatoes
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 large onion thinly sliced
• 14 c brown sugar
• 2 slices bacon

Directions

1. Brown meat in hot skillet and drain
2. Add pork and beans tomatoes and salt
3. Pour half the mixture in a baking dish add layer of sliced onion and cover with remaining beef mixture
4. Top with strips of bacon and sprinkle with brown sugar
5. Bake at 375 for 1 hour
