Sauce For Fresh Fruit

Ingredients

• 1 egg beaten
• 12 c sugar
• 2 Tbsp flour
• salt to taste
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 1 c pineapple juice
• 1 pkg Dream Whip or whipping cream

Directions

1. Place beaten egg in top of double boiler and add sugar flour and salt
2. Mix well
3. Add butter and pineapple juice
4. Cook over water until smooth and thickened
5. Cool then add Dream Whip or whipping cream
