Saucy Asparagus
Ingredients
- 1 10 34 oz can Campbells new cream of asparagus soup
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 2 10 oz pkg frozen asparagus cuts or 1 12 lb fresh asparagus spears trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces about 24 to 30
Directions
- In a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat combine soup and milk Heat to boiling stirring often
- Add asparagus
- Cover cook over low heat 10 minutes or until asparagus is tender stirring occasionally
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese if desired Makes 8 servings
