Saucy Beef

Ingredients

• 1 c water
• 3 Tbsp currant jelly
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 pkg frozen vegetables
• 1 pkg instant gravy mix
• 1 lb stew meat

Directions

1. Brown stew beef cubes with chopped onions
2. Add the rest of ingredients
3. Heat to boiling
4. Simmer about 10 minutes
5. Serve with rice noodles or mashed potatoes
