Saucy Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp bread crumbs
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 13 c each finely chopped green pepper and onion
  • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 can Campbells tomato soup
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp each prepared mustard and vinegar

Directions

  1. Mix beef crumbs egg and salt shape into 50 meatballs Place in a shallow baking pan 13 x 9 x 2-inch
  2. Bake until browned turn once
  3. Spoon off fat
