Saucy Cocktail Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 Tbsp bread crumbs
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 12 tsp salt
- 13 c each finely chopped green pepper and onion
- 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 can Campbells tomato soup
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp each prepared mustard and vinegar
Directions
- Mix beef crumbs egg and salt shape into 50 meatballs Place in a shallow baking pan 13 x 9 x 2-inch
- Bake until browned turn once
- Spoon off fat
