Saucy Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 13 c finely chopped onion
  • 13 c finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 can Campbells tomato soup
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar

Directions

  1. In saucepan cook pepper and onion in butter until tender Stir in remaining ingredients
  2. Pour over meatballs and serve hot Can be kept warm in a crock-pot
  3. This sauce will cover about 100 meatballs or 1 12 pounds of frankfurters cut into 1-inch pieces
